  Hourly Case Admininstration Rate - £40.00 

2. APPLICATION STAGE DOCUMENT PACKAGES

• Online Divorce Portal Assistance - £150.00 -- ( Fixed Fee ) 
• Child Arrangements Application ( Form C100) - £180.00 to £220.00 (- Fixed Fee )
• Supplemental / Urgent Applications ( Form C2 / Form C1A - £90.00 ( Fixed Fee )

3.COURT  DOCUMENT PREPARATION  & SUPPORT

• Position Statement Drafting  ( FHRA/DRA - £120.00 to £150.00 ( Fixed Fee ) - document for the first court hearing - document for the first court hearing
• Financial disclosure Package - (Form E) - £250.00 to £300.00 ( Fixed Fee )

4.  ADVOCACY STAGE: COURT SUPPORT MCKENZIE FRIEND

• Half-Day Court Attendance Fee ( Up to 3.5 Hours - £180.00 ( Fixed Fee )
• Full-Day  Court Attendance Fee ( Over 3.5 Hours ) - £300.00 ( Fixed Fee )

5. REALISTIC SOUTH WALES TRAVEL POLICY

• Cardiff Base Radius : 
• Absolutely £0 travel fees for Cardiff Family Court and Newport Family Court.
• The Valleys & West Wales Journeys : If called to Blackwood , Merthyr, or Pontypridd courts , charge a flat £30.00 round-trip travel fee
